At THE MB STORE, we truly value your trust in our products. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on all our LED sign boards, ensuring a worry-free experience for our customers.

What’s Covered:
If your board stops working within 2 years of purchase due to any internal issue or manufacturing defect, we’ll be happy to repair it or provide a replacement, depending on its condition.

How It Works:

- If you face any issue, simply send the product back to us. Kindly note that the shipping cost for sending the product to us will be borne by the customer.

- Once we receive it, our team will carefully inspect the board and decide whether it should be repaired or replaced.

- There will be no repair charges at all.

- We will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replaced product back to you, free of charge.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

This warranty does not cover any physical damage, water damage or outdoor installation (unless it's a waterproof model), or damage due to mishandling.

Please make sure the product is securely packed while shipping it to us, to avoid any damage during transit.
