I have my own logo, can I design that?

Send your logo to us on WhatsApp at +91 80136 99995. Our team will create a beautiful computerized preview absolutely free of cost. You can suggest any changes — font, color, size — and we will happily revise it until it is just the way you want.

When will I get my order?

We offer two shipping methods: Express Shipping (2–6 days) for faster delivery, and Standard Shipping (9–12 working days) which is cost-effective and reliable. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Do I get warranty with lights?

Yes! We offer a 2-year warranty on all our LED sign boards. If your board stops working due to any manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it. There are no repair charges at all, and we cover the return shipping cost.

Can I use lights wirelessly?

No, it is powered through an adaptor included in the box. We provide a slim transparent wire with the sign so the cable will not be very visible. You can also hide the cable with help of a local electrician — we will guide you through the process.

Where are your products manufactured?

We operate from Fatehabad, Haryana, where all our products are carefully crafted. We deliver across India and also ship internationally with trusted partners.

What if my lights stop after warranty period?

We are always here to help, even after the warranty period. You can send it back for repair (shipping and repair costs apply). If you have a local electrician, we can assist through a video call.

We include a small and minimal branding mark to ensure authenticity. This is a standard practice followed worldwide. Our branding is kept subtle so it never distracts from the design.
