Do i get warranty with lights ?

What’s Covered:
If your board stops working within 2 years of purchase due to any internal issue or manufacturing defect, we’ll be happy to repair it or provide a replacement, depending on its condition.
How It Works:
- If you face any issue, simply send the product back to us. Kindly note that the shipping cost for sending the product to us will be borne by the customer.
- Once we receive it, our team will carefully inspect the board and decide whether it should be repaired or replaced.
- There will be no repair charges at all.
- We will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replaced product back to you, free of charge.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
This warranty does not cover any physical damage, water damage (unless it's a waterproof model), or damage due to mishandling.
Please make sure the product is securely packed while shipping it to us, to avoid any damage during transit.

Can i use lights wirelessly ?
No, its powered though adaptor that will be in box with light. we provide slim transparent wire with sign so that cable will not be much vissible. you can also hide cable with help of local electrician, we will guide for this on calls.
What if my lights stop after warranty period ?
Our company is always here to help you, even after the warranty period.
If your product stops working after the warranty ends, you can send it back to us for repair. In such cases, both shipping and repair costs will be borne by the customer.
If you have your own electrician at your location, we’re happy to assist through a video call to guide them during the installation or troubleshooting process.
