When will I get my order?

Do I get warranty with lights?

Yes! We offer a 2-year warranty on all our LED sign boards. If your board stops working due to any manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it. There are no repair charges at all, and we cover the return shipping cost.

Can I use lights wirelessly?

No, it is powered through an adaptor included in the box. We provide a slim transparent wire with the sign so the cable will not be very visible. You can also hide the cable with help of a local electrician — we will guide you through the process.

Where are your products manufactured?

What if my lights stop after warranty period?

We are always here to help, even after the warranty period. You can send it back for repair (shipping and repair costs apply). If you have a local electrician, we can assist through a video call.
